The University of Torino has recently started several new important initiatives to further enhance its role at the international level and to provide a more and more international educational offer and environment. Thanks to its long and successful tradition in hosting and exchanging students, faculty, PhD students and researchers, the University of Torino is now offering the new International Study Program, greatly expanding the number of opportunities to study, work and carry out research here.
What is our new International Study Program?
It is a project co-funded by the Italian Minister of Education and Fondazione CRT, offering students and visiting professors the opportunity to enhance their careers at the University of Torino through scholarships and teaching positions. Along with financial support, International Study Program will offer a number of services, from help to obtain visa and residence permit, to support and assistance in dealing with life in a foreign country and in a new University system.
The target of International Study Program are:
- MA students in possession of a First Level Degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) who wish to gain a two-year Master’s degree at the University of Torino;
- international students already in possession of a Second Level Degree (Master degree or equivalent) who wish to gain a PhD at the University of Torino;
- visiting professors (Teach Mob) wishing to lecture and carry out research at the University of Torino for at least 3 months
The very first actions of International Study Program specifically aim at visiting professors.
